Job Description:
A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Amber Smith. The Smith lab is a combined dry/wet lab focused on viral-bacterial coinfection, immune function in the context of host co-morbidities, and using integrated experimental-computational approaches to investigate host-pathogen interactions. Job Qualifications:
A recent ( Essential requirements: Experience and willingness to work in murine models of host-pathogen interactions is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work well in a fast paced, collaborative research environment are required. Experience and willingness to work closely with computational collaborators is also highly desired. The position requires independent, career-focused and creative individuals. The applicant must be well trained to immediately take on immunology projects in the lab.
