NIH and other Federal Government Employees Registration
Employees of the Federal Government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2017™ but have not received approval by the early registration deadline (March 30, 2017) should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please include in your email your full name, registration category (member, nonmember, or student), agency/institute and the date of your approval request.
Undergraduate, High School Teacher, High School Student Registration
Undergraduate students, high school teachers, and high school students (age 13 and older) are eligible for complimentary registration to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive complimentary registration, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students by accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.
Graduate Student Registration (including all AAI Student Members)
Graduate students are eligible for significantly reduced registration fees to the meeting. To qualify, you must have a department head or research advisor certify your student eligibility.
- If registering on-line, enter the name and email address of your department head, for verification of eligibility.
- If registering on-site, please bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member/nonmember registration rate.
Press badges are complimentary to pre-approved members of the working press with appropriate press credentials and to freelance writers bearing a letter of assignment (on the publication’s official letterhead) from the assigning editor. Approved press badge holders are required to provide AAI with copies of all articles written about IMMUNOLOGY 2017™.
Complimentary press badges will not be issued to representatives from allied fields (public relations, public information, public affairs, scholarly journals or publishers). These individuals may register on-line and pay the applicable registration fee.

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to a colleague, or you may request a refund. Request for refunds (less a $50 processing fee) will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET, April 10, 2017. After that date and time, no refunds will be issued.
